Brook Group is held at Dad's House, 145 Bean Road, Meriden NH. All KUA parents are invited to participate! Book Group is an informal, fun and thoughtful get-together and a good way to get to know other KUA parents.
For our October meeting, we will discuss Mr. Penumbra's 24-Hour Bookstore: A Novel by Robin Sloan. The summer reading choice for KUA students in Literature of the Quest: this Amazon Best Books of the Month, October 2012 selection is described as follows: "Mr. Penumbra's 24-Hour Bookstore is an old school mystery set firmly in tech-loving, modern day San Francisco. Clay Jannon (former web designer) lands a job at a bookstore with very few patrons and even fewer purchases.
