Wildcats fall in home opener

The Wildcats faced off in front of a raucous crowd in their home opener against a strong Selwyn House team from Montreal. The #1 star of the game was KUA goaltender Jack Isabelle, but the disciplined Selwyn House squad scored three unanswered goals in the first half of the second period to take an intimidating lead. The Wildcats battled back in the second half of the game, significantly reducing the number of shots that Selwyn House put on net, and Sean Donoghue scored the Wildcats’ first goal of the season (with assists from Anthony Solt and Owen Lewis). The boys have less than 24 hours to absorb the lessons from this first game before heading to St. Paul's School for game number 2.
