KUA Wildcats Dominate Season Opener with a Stellar 75-35 Victory Over Brewster Academy

In an explosive start to the season, the Kimball Union Academy JV1 boys basketball team clinched a decisive 75-35 victory against Brewster Academy. From the opening tip-off, KUA's intense pressure defense was too much for Brewster, propelling the Wildcats to a quick 10-0 lead. By halftime, KUA had solidified their dominance, boasting a 40-16 advantage.

The scoring was well-distributed among the Wildcats. Cale G. '26 led all scorers with 19 points, showcasing his scoring prowess. Close behind was Adi L. '26, who contributed a solid 16 points, while Myles B. '27 added an impressive 14 points. Ian P. '25 also played a key role with 8 points. Additional scoring came from Matthew F. '25 with 6 points, Shangshang T. '25 with 4 points, and Henry S. '27 along with William Z. '28, each chipping in 3 points. Jinoi G. '25 rounded out the scoring with 2 points.
