Wildcats Surrender Late Lead, Settle for Tie

Up 3-1 with nine minutes to play, the Wildcats could not hold on as New Hampton scored two goals, including the game-tying goal with two minutes left, to force a 3-3 final at New Hampton on Wednesday. Xander Boutilier and CJ Watroba scored first-period goals for KUA, and Matthew Ross added a goal in the second period. Iain Olsen, Josh Phillips, Jackson Davies, and Thomas Ojard earned assists on the KUA goals while goalie Luca Campo made 27 saves.
