KUA beats Brewster

The Wildcats of Kimball Union hosted the Brewster Bobcats on Friday night. The first goal was scored by Sennott late in the first period and was assisted by Cesana and Hirvonen. About thirty seconds into the second period and the Wildcats found themselves up by two with a goal from Shea, assisted by Doherty and Cesana. Shea then scored again to make it 3 to 0 with assists coming from Sennott and Cesana. As a resulting from some time on the power play, Brewster was able to respond with two goals as the second period came to an end. The Wildcats responded well however, with a goal by Griffin, assisted by Lombardi. Finkelstein started the third period off well with a goal from Hirvonen. Hirvonen then tallied another when he scored five minutes later with assists coming from Sennott and Shea. KUA went on to net three more goals with one from Hamre, assisted by Lombardi and Finkelstein. Griffin scored again and was assisted by Young. Finally, the last goal came from Samuelson and was assisted by Cesana. Overall, it was a good game that the Wildcats were able to take increasing control of as the time progressed.
