Campus Access Policy for Media and Photography
Kimball Union welcomes visitors to our scenic campus and is proud to share our vibrant academic and extracurricular program. The Office of Marketing and Communications helps facilitate requests from media and those seeking to film the campus while ensuring the work does not interfere with the safety and privacy of the campus community.
Media Requests
Any media or photography requests, including interviews with Kimball Union Academy employees or students, should be directed the Office of Marketing and Communications for prior approval. Media representatives or photographers interested in visiting the Academy should expect to be accompanied by an employee of the Academy, if approval of the request is granted.
Commercial Filming
Commercial filming or photography is not permitted anywhere on campus without permission (No permit is required for student and faculty academic projects).

Logos and Trademarks
The name Kimball Union Academy and trademarks are protected under federal law. They may only be used with the express prior written permission of Office of Marketing and Communications.
Alumni Information Policy
Kimball Union Academy does not release personal contact information of its alumni constituency without consent with exception to authorized volunteers. In order to contact an alumnus or become an alumni volunteer, please call Cathy Vollmann at 603-469-2127 or cvollmann@kua.org.
