NEPSAC AA Rival Winchendon School comes to The Hilltop

Defense and rebounding for the Wildcats were the storyline for this NEPSAC AA rivalry game.  Originally scheduled for Saturday, Dec 8th (weather), Winchendon made the trek to The Hilltop on Monday for a rare Monday afternoon contest that tipped off at 3 PM to a sparse crowd that eventually saw Alumni Gym filled with its typical "KUA Crazies" by halftime.  While KUA certainly put its stamp on the game early, with its physicality and defensive focus, the Wildcats were unable to really pull away until about midway through the 2nd half.  With the lead eventually ballooning to 20, KUA cruised to a double-digit victory over a NEPSAC AA opponent in the final minutes of the game.  Zay Henderson led all scorers with 18, while Brandon Arnold, Mouse Williams,
and Charlie Williams all found their way to near double-digit point performances.
