In a back and forth game that never saw the Wildcats trail, KUA pulled out a 5-3 at Tilton on Friday. After getting up 2-0 in the second period on goals from Iain Olsen and Nasean Faria, the Wildcats surrendered the lead, allowing two quick Tilton goals. A powerplay goal from CJ Watroba restored the KUA midway through the second, but Tilton quickly answered with a goal to tie the game. However, late in the second, Matthew Ross capped off a nice passing play to give the Wildcats a 4-3 lead. Watroba added his second of the game late in the third. Caden Barnard, Misha Dormidontov, Alexis Gagne, Lucas Siomos, Rowen Sang, and Josh Phillips all had at least one assist for KUA, while goalie Blake McMeniman made several key saves, finishing with 25 overall, to earn the win.
