Wildcats Lose to a Talented Deerfield Team

Wildcats traveled down to play against a very talented Deerfield Academy team. Unfortunately, Deerfield dominated the play and came out winning 8-1. The loan goal for the Wildcats was off of a Corner inserted by Molly Gesner to Carissa Tambroni. Carissa had a solid shot on net that Deerfields keeper was able to block, but then with a scramble in front of the net, Kelly Benson was able to lift the ball over the goalkeeper. Shannon Moran had another outstanding game earning 27 saves. Wildcats are now 4-4 on the season and will host New Hampton School on Friday for a 4:30 pm game.
