Wildcats battle back to earn a tie

Last night KUA scored twice in the opening shift, but this time the Wildcats gave up two goals to visiting Exeter in the opening minutes. The game went back and forth after that, and Cole Gueldenzoph finally put the Wildcats on the board with just over ten minutes left in the game. AJ Noel scored late in the period with an assist from Kobi Lees, and KUA went into overtime for the fifth time this season. Both teams had several great chances during the 3 on 3 period, but the goalies were up to the task and KUA ended with its first tie. Congratulations to the Wildcats for resetting and bearing down in the third period, and a big congratulations to Jack Isabelle, who battled back from a difficult start in the goal and made some key saves to keep KUA in the game.
