KUA smothers Holderness in the second half to earn the win, 58-40.
The KUA Wildcats travelled to Class AA rival Holderness School today and came away with a solid 58-40 win. Tied at 29 at the half KUA ratcheted up their defensive pressure holding Holderness to 11 second half points. Eli Frater had a team high 15 followed closely by Ross Gerber with 13. Kahlil Garnes hit two threes midway through the fourth quarter to push KUA's lead from 9 to 15 and help seal the game. Despite being held to 7 points for the night, Crew Ainge's relentless effort and leadership at the point helped KUA put this game in the win column. KUA's record for the season now stands at 11-5 as they travel to Brewster Academy for a 6pm game on Friday.
