KUA boys basketball travelled to Brimmer and May school today and came up short losing 73-63 in a hard fought Class AA game. Down early KUA KUA got back int o the game to go into the locker room down five, 29-24. Brimmer pushed their lead back up to twelve deep into the fourth quarter only to see KUA battle back to make it a three point game with less than two minutes to play. A couple of deep threes and solid free throw shooting down the stretch allowed Brimmer to extend their lead and win by ten. Crew Ainge lead KUA scorers with 18 for the night; Luke Rosinski added 15. KUA returns to action against Lakes Region and Class AA rival Tilton next Wednesday at 5pm in Meriden.
