KUA takes VA

The Kimball Union Wildcats traveled to Vermont Academy on Wednesday night. Nic Hamre started off the scoring late in the first period with a goal that was assisted by Jack Doherty. The second period went on with a goal from the point coming from Dennis Cessna with assists by George Sennott and Pat Shea. About three minutes later, Jack Doherty netted a great shot from the slot that was unassisted. The second period ended with one more KUA goal coming from Nic Hamre and assisted by Bobby Young. The third period saw one fifth and final goal from the Wildcats of Kimball Union, and it came from Kyle Shero with assists by Mike Lombardi and Jack Griffin. Next, KUA hosts Tabor Academy on Saturday afternoon at 4pm.
